Levi Sweeney and his dad Rich started a new comic book company on Palm Sunday, 2026, in the back office of the family shop near Seattle. Their mission: To make comic books which cause the reader to seek salvation and to not seek sin. Levi believes that his comic books, by making learning about important topics fun and memorable, can give readers of all ages inspiration and hope.
Why Bolo Studios?
Readers of all ages can learn about religion, American civics, literature, and other topics whenever they pick up one of Bolo Studios’ comic books. They can read these comic books on the bus, while waiting for an appointment, or just for fun after dinner. Comic books are unique way to learn about a topic, because they tie facts and figures to a series of images assembled together into a drama. Founder Levi Sweeney believes that facts are always more interesting when they are part of a drama, and that’s true for kids, teens, and adults.
